Make A Gift Today

Donations to the Trent House Association enable us to continue the important work of preserving and interpreting the past, supporting our mission: to share the authentic history of the house, property, people with our communities, connecting the past with today and tomorrow.

Through the generous support of our donors, members, volunteers, interns, and public and private funders, the Trent House Association is able to develop and produce varied programs, events, interpretive aids and exhibits as well as conduct archival and archaeological research.

Every gift helps the Trent House tell a deeper and more complete story.

Trenton's Story Begins Here

The two-plus acres of the William Trent House property are only a fraction of the one thousand acres that William Trent bought at the Falls of the Delaware in 1714. Yet, this small fraction represents a rich story of human activity from 6,000 years ago to well into the 20th century, offering a window into this long history, not just of the site but also of Trenton and the region. The mission of the Trent House Association is to share the authentic history of the house, property, and people with our communities, connecting the past with today and tomorrow.
