Let's Be Present Together!
Your gift enables us to be present for students and families who need us most. When a student has someone in their corner, everything changes. Academic performance increases. Behavior improves. Students experience stronger social-emotional health. And graduation rates improve.
Since 1989, originally as Chatham County Together!, we have believed that relationships change lives and outcomes. Your investment makes those relationships possible. When we invest in relationships, we invest in students. And when we invest in students, we invest in the future of Chatham County.
Your investment directly increases CISCC’s capacity to make these moments possible.
