Complete the form below to register for a Nature-Based Therapy Workshop in the Whites on Friday, October 2 from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Tin Mountain Conservation Center (1245 Bald Hill Rd, Albany).

The cost to participate is $50. Lunch is provided at no additional cost. Workshop to include activities both in the classroom and outdoors with a moderate level of physical activity required.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Southern NH AHEC and NH Healthy Climate.
